All about Cashback Websites
These sites pay you money back when you shop at online stores. For
example they may pay you a percentage or a lump sum of money when you
purchase goods from a particular website. Some also pay you just for
visiting some sites or maybe doing searches on sites or registering
with them. There are many of these and they are usually country specific.
Quidco
seems to be the best UK cashback site. It passes on the whole of the
commission it receives, back to the customer. All it charges is £5
a year which it takes from your first set of earnings. It can take several
months to pay but that is because they wait until they have received
the money before they pay it back to you. They pay by BACS once a month
– there is no minimum payout. There is also no referral
scheme.
Freefivers
offers less cashback but does have a larger variety of companies to
choose from. It also has a point system where points are earned for
looking at and reviewing sites. These points can be exchanged for prizes.
You get credited with £10 when you join. There is a referral
scheme where you get paid £5 for every referral that earns £20.
The minimum payout amount is £25 and they pay by cheque.
Money
back madness is very similar. It has a minimum withdrawal
amount of £35 and for every friend that cashes out your receive
£10. You account is credited with £10 when you join. They
pay by Paypal, BACS or cheque.
Treasure
Trooper is an American website. It offers cashback
and pay to signup. The referral
scheme pays you 10% of anything your referrals
earn and 3% of anything their referrals
earn. They pay out at the end of every month as long as you have
earned $20. They pay by cheque.
